Garage and Yard Sales

Residents looking to hold a garage, yard or estate sale in the 41st Ward are required to fill out an official Garage & Yard Sales Permit Application.
Residents may apply for two garage/yard sales per calendar year with a third permit available only in the event that you are moving from your permanent place of residence. All garage/yard sales may be held between 9:00 AM and sundown that same evening.
Completed applications must be delivered or faxed to the 41st Ward office prior to receiving a permit.
